Sun, the Tron blockchain founder, walked away claiming the judge ruled his individual claims would stay in open court rather than being shuffled into private arbitration. Witkoff fired back, saying the judge made no definitive rulings at all and instead suggested that many of Sun’s claims, particularly those tied to his corporate entities, should proceed to arbitration.
