Penguin Solutions posts strong Q4 results, raises FY27 guidance

Penguin Solutions closed out its fiscal year with a quarter that looked more like a growth stock’s highlight reel than a hardware company’s earnings report. Fourth-quarter net sales hit $567 million, up 68% from the same period a year earlier. Management then raised its fiscal 2027 sales and earnings outlook. The quarter in numbers Penguin Solutions (NASDAQ: PENG) reported non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.00 for the fiscal fourth quarter. That figure topped analyst estimates by $0.23. The standout was the Integrated Memory segment, where revenue climbed 158% year-over-year. The company also added six new AI infrastructure clients during the quarter. For the full fiscal 2026, Penguin generated net sales of $1.73 billion, a 26% increase over the prior year. Non-GAAP EPS rose 51% to $2.87. Full-year sales grew 26%, while the final quarter alone grew 68%. Momentum built through the year instead of fading. The company tied that acceleration to rising demand across its Integrated Memory and Advanced Computing businesses, especially in the back half of the fiscal year.
