Binance has started distributing dividends for its Applied Materials tokenized stock token, AMATB, directly into holders’ Spot Wallets. If you held the token before August 20, 2026, you’re getting paid in additional AMATB tokens, no brokerage account required. The move is the latest step in Binance’s broader bStock initiative, which wraps traditional US equities in a blockchain layer and lets crypto-native investors trade them around the clock. How the AMATB dividend works The dividend corresponds to Applied Materials’ underlying quarterly cash payout of $0.53 per share. That figure itself represents a bump from the company’s previous quarterly dividend of $0.46, a roughly 15% increase. Binance takes the cash dividend distributed by Applied Materials on the traditional side, converts the economic value into additional AMATB tokens, and credits them to qualifying wallets. The record date was August 20, 2026, with the underlying payment date set for September 10, 2026.
