WisdomTree reportedly taps Texas Stock Exchange for an ETF listing

WisdomTree is choosing Texas for one of its exchange-traded funds, according to a post circulating on X. The destination is the Texas Stock Exchange, the newest challenger to the NYSE and Nasdaq duopoly. WisdomTree had not publicly confirmed any listing plans involving TXSE as of early October 2026. If the move holds up, it would put a nationally known ETF brand on an exchange that has been open for less than three months. A young exchange collecting early wins TXSE began public trading on July 10, 2026. That followed SEC approval of the exchange in 2025. Its ETF business got going in mid-September. On September 16, 2026, the exchange logged its first primary ETF listings when Texas Capital moved two funds, TXS and OILT, over from NYSE Arca. One day later, Westwood launched PWRX. It was the first brand-new ETF to debut on TXSE rather than transfer from somewhere else. The exchange also has deep-pocketed supporters. TXSE has raised approximately $430 million in total funding, with backing from heavyweights including BlackRock and JPMorgan. Corporate listings are part of the pipeline too.
