W0nderful shines on Mirage for Natus Vincere at IEM

Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov has been on an absolute tear on Mirage across multiple IEM tournaments this year, stringing together dominant performances that have helped propel NaVi, currently ranked number two globally, through some of the most competitive Counter-Strike events on the calendar.

From Atlanta to Cologne, a map specialist emerges

W0nderful’s breakout moment came at IEM Atlanta 2026 in May, where he earned his first career HLTV MVP award. Across 13 maps in the tournament, he posted a rating above 1.28. The grand final told the story in its simplest form: w0nderful finished with a dominant 60-34 scoreline against GamerLegion.

At IEM Rio 2026, w0nderful continued to punish teams on Mirage with stat lines of 26-14 and 22-18, consistently maintaining ratings above 1.2. His Average Damage per Round and clutch statistics across these events have been consistently high.

The NaVi machine and its sharpest weapon

NaVi’s current roster features Aleksib, b1t, iM, makazze, and w0nderful, and the team is ranked number two globally. Born on December 14, 2004, w0nderful joined NaVi in October 2023. In roughly two and a half years, he’s accumulated career earnings exceeding $626,000.

The IEM Cologne Major 2026, currently underway as of mid-June, has provided the latest evidence. NaVi secured a decisive 2-0 victory over Legacy, with w0nderful continuing to deliver high-impact plays.

W0nderful’s 1.28-plus rating at IEM Atlanta wasn’t inflated by one monster game. It was sustained over 13 maps, which is a sample size large enough to eliminate any argument about fluky performances.
