Trust Wallet integrates MoonPay Trade for cross-chain trading

Trust Wallet users can now execute cross-chain trades directly inside the app, thanks to a new integration with MoonPay Trade that went live on September 24. The feature enables non-custodial swaps across multiple blockchains without funds ever touching an intermediary, a meaningful upgrade from the fiat on-ramp services MoonPay previously provided within the wallet. MoonPay Trade launched on May 21 as a cross-chain execution platform, built partly on technology acquired from Decent.xyz. The platform functions as a single API capable of routing transactions across more than 200 blockchain protocols and chains. The Trust Wallet integration doesn’t ship with all 200-plus chains out of the gate, though. At launch, seven blockchains are supported, including heavyweights like Ethereum and Bitcoin alongside newer networks such as Base and Arc. The non-custodial piece matters here. Users review swap routes and sign transactions directly within Trust Wallet, meaning their crypto never passes through MoonPay’s hands.
