The crypto market just got $130 billion heavier over the past 30 days. No landmark regulation. No corporate treasury bombshell. No meme coin mania this time. Just steady, persistent capital flowing in like a faucet someone forgot to turn off. The numbers behind the quiet surge Bitcoin’s market capitalization climbed from approximately $1.274 trillion on July 5 to around $1.33 trillion by July 24. That’s roughly $56 billion in added value over less than three weeks, a gain that in any traditional market would dominate front pages. Ethereum wasn’t sitting idle either. Its market cap rose from about $215 billion to approximately $233 billion across the same window. That’s an $18 billion jump, or roughly 8.4% growth in under 20 days. The altcoin universe, excluding both Bitcoin and Ethereum, was sitting at $666.58 billion as of early July. Given that the total market added over $130 billion in 30 days and we can account for a significant portion through BTC and ETH alone, alts clearly participated in the rally too.
