Together AI, Runpod, and Nebius have positioned themselves as alternative cloud providers for AI startups that need serious compute power amid reported GPU shortages affecting larger hyperscalers like AWS.

Together AI operates as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, offering H100 clusters at $6.79 per hour on-demand or $4.55 per hour per GPU on reserved pricing. The company was reportedly in talks to raise funding at a $7.5 billion valuation as of March 2026.

Runpod supports more than 30 different GPU types globally and charges on a per-second billing model.

Nebius partnered with NVIDIA on March 11, 2026, to deploy more than 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems by the end of 2030. The company is investing approximately $2.3 billion to construct UK-based capacity targeting 65 megawatts by 2027, using NVIDIA’s Blackwell Ultra infrastructure.
