Strategy raised approximately $334 million from its MSTR at-the-market offering last week as the company continued using equity proceeds to support preferred-stock obligations, repurchases and its liquidity reserve, according to a Monday disclosure. Of the proceeds, about $52.4 million went toward STRC dividends, $132.2 million funded STRC repurchases and $149.1 million was added to Strategy’s USD reserve. Its USD reserve increased to $4.8 billion as of Aug. 16, including unsettled ATM proceeds. After selling $109 million worth of Bitcoin in the week ending Aug. 9, Strategy paused Bitcoin sales again last week, leaving its holdings unchanged at 840,447 BTC. The stash is currently worth about $53.4 billion based on market prices. The company also repurchased 1.39 million STRC shares for $132.2 million. Strategy had $653 million remaining under its preferred-stock repurchase program and $1 billion remaining under its MSTR buyback authorization. This is a developing story.
