Sierra, the enterprise AI startup co-founded by former Salesforce co-CEO Bret Taylor and ex-Google executive Clay Bavor, reached $200 million in annualized recurring revenue in May. That figure stood at $100 million just two quarters earlier, in November 2025. The numbers behind the ramp Sierra was founded in 2023 and launched publicly in February 2024. Reaching $200 million ARR in about nine quarters from inception puts it among the fastest-scaling enterprise software companies in recent memory. The company builds AI agents designed to handle customer service interactions. Sierra claims its deployments can go live in as little as five weeks. Sierra says it serves 40% of the Fortune 50. The company uses an outcome-based pricing model, meaning clients pay for results rather than seat licenses or API calls. A $15.8 billion valuation and a war chest to match In early May, Sierra closed a $950 million funding round led by Tiger Global and GV, formerly known as Google Ventures.
