Securitize’s Avalanche assets market cap surges 628% to $770M

Securitize, the tokenization firm that went public on the NYSE earlier this year, has seen the market cap of its assets on the Avalanche blockchain balloon to $769.9 million. That represents a 628.4% increase. The surge makes Securitize the dominant issuer of tokenized assets on Avalanche by a wide margin. The platform now accounts for roughly half of the chain’s total RWA market cap, which itself is approaching an all-time high of approximately $1.7 billion. What’s driving the numbers Securitize laid groundwork earlier this year when it simultaneously listed on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ via a $400 million SPAC merger and tokenized between $266 million and $295 million of its own common stock on both Avalanche and Solana. Securitize’s assets on the chain are now valued between $737 million and $804 million depending on the data source and timing.
