Robinhood memecoin expansion teased by CEO Vlad Tenev

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev renewed speculation about the company’s memecoin strategy on Sept. 1 by responding to an X post proposing “Memecoins on Robinhood.” Summary Tenev replied with an ear emoji to a post proposing memecoins on Robinhood for users. Robinhood has not announced any new memecoin listing, launch date, or expanded product offering publicly. Robinhood already offers Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Pepe, Bonk and Dogwifhat to eligible American customers today.
