Robinhood Chain, the company’s Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain that launched on July 1, 2026, just posted $2.66 million in 24-hour app revenue. That figure surpasses both Ethereum and Hyperliquid on the same metric. The unlikely engine behind those numbers: Pons, a non-custodial token launchpad that currently commands roughly 7% of broader market mindshare while dominating on-chain activity. Pons alone generated approximately $930,000 in protocol revenue in a recent 24-hour window, making it the single largest contributor to the chain’s financial output. A chain built for RWAs that got overrun by memecoins Robinhood originally positioned its Layer-2 (Chain ID 4663) as a home for tokenized real-world assets and DeFi applications. Within weeks of launch, memecoin activity flooded the chain, and Pons emerged as the dominant launchpad. The platform now accounts for approximately 66% of daily token launches and 78% of new-token trading volume on Robinhood Chain.
