Revolut considers dual listing in New York and London for IPO

Revolut, Europe’s most valuable fintech, is planning to list shares on both the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq when it eventually goes public. CEO and founder Nik Storonsky confirmed the dual-listing strategy in a September 17 interview with French newspaper Les Echos, marking the first time the company has publicly acknowledged plans to include London alongside its long-preferred American venue. The numbers behind the ambition Revolut’s internal valuation targets for the IPO sit between $150 billion and $200 billion. For context, a recent secondary share sale already valued the company at $115 billion, making it more valuable on paper than some of Britain’s oldest financial institutions. At the upper end of that range, Revolut would be worth more than Barclays and BP. The IPO itself is projected no earlier than 2028, with the exact timing contingent on market conditions.
