OpenPayd adds 43 US licenses ahead of planned Nasdaq debut

OpenPayd has finalized its integration of MSB USA Inc., adding 43 state Money Transmitter Licenses to its regulatory footprint as the company looks to accelerate its expansion across the US and North America. Founded by OpenPayd founder Dr. Ozan Ozerk, MSB USA provides the financial infrastructure that enables businesses to move, receive and settle funds in the US and internationally. The FinCEN-registered money services business facilitates payments through regulated banking partners and networks such as ACH, FedWire and SWIFT, while also supporting hosted USD accounts and stablecoin-enabled settlement. The license portfolio gives OpenPayd greater geographical coverage across the US and strengthens its ability to serve global businesses that need compliant payment infrastructure for US operations, the company said Wednesday.
