OpenAI has started rolling out its ChatGPT Maps feature to users in the European Union, bringing a dedicated “places experience” to a market that typically waits longer than anyone else for new AI capabilities. The feature, accessible through a navigation element in the interface or by typing the /maps command, lets EU users engage in interactive, map-based conversations within ChatGPT.
