KULR Technology Group has sold its entire remaining Bitcoin stash of approximately 764 BTC for roughly $58.6 million, bringing the company’s Bitcoin holdings to a clean zero. The sales took place in open-market transactions between August 20 and September 11, 2026, at a weighted average price of about $76,633 per coin. The full unwind Back in July 2026, the company offloaded roughly 333 BTC for about $21.5 million at an average price of $64,538 per coin. That earlier batch of proceeds went almost entirely toward paying off a $20 million credit facility with Coinbase, which had been collateralized against KULR’s Bitcoin holdings. Repaying that loan freed up the remaining coins, which KULR then sold over the following weeks at notably higher prices. Getting $76,633 per BTC on the second batch versus $64,538 on the first represents a roughly 19% improvement in execution price. Combined, the two rounds of sales generated about $80.1 million in gross proceeds from approximately 1,097 BTC. At its peak during 2026, KULR’s holdings had exceeded 1,000 BTC, built up through a combination of direct purchases, mining operations, and the Coinbase credit facility.
