Humain, the Saudi Arabian AI company backed by the Public Investment Fund, is building out an internal team specifically tasked with getting the company ready to go public. CEO Tareq Amin posted on LinkedIn seeking candidates with backgrounds in major management consultancies to join a small, focused group dedicated to IPO preparation. The company was founded in May 2025 under the umbrella of PIF, the sovereign wealth fund controlled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. What Humain is building The roles Humain is filling aren’t ceremonial. The team will be responsible for complex financial analysis, crafting investor narratives, and producing the kinds of materials that institutional investors demand before writing large checks. Humain has previously signaled its ambition for a dual listing on the Saudi exchange and Nasdaq. The timeline, based on earlier statements, points to a window roughly 3-4 years from late 2025.
