HIFI raises $37M Series A to expand tokenized capital markets infrastructure

Tokenized capital markets got another vote of confidence this week. HIFI, a two-year-old infrastructure company based in Jersey City, closed a $37 million Series A round led by Left Lane Capital, with participation from Antler, Arcanum Capital, Exitfund, and Side Door Ventures. What HIFI actually does HIFI offers a composable API platform that lets businesses move, convert, route, and orchestrate value across stablecoins and conventional bank systems simultaneously. The platform handles inflows and outflows, programmable workflows and controls, and real-world asset tokenization. HIFI is registered as a money services business and works alongside existing banking partners rather than trying to replace them. Since January 2025, the platform has processed more than $227 million in stablecoin payments across over 6 million transactions on Polygon. For a 35-person company, that throughput is meaningful. The repo trades that matter In June 2026, HIFI executed a live onchain repo trade involving tokenized U.S. Treasuries.
