Grayscale Investments has submitted a Form 10-Q quarterly report to the Securities and Exchange Commission for its Chainlink Trust ETF, ticker GLNK. The filing covers the period ending March 31, 2026, and was submitted on May 8, 2026. From private trust to public ETF Grayscale originally formed the Chainlink Trust on December 18, 2020, as a Delaware statutory trust. For years, it operated as a private placement vehicle, accessible primarily to accredited investors. That changed on December 2, 2025, when shares of GLNK began trading on NYSE Arca. The conversion from a closed private trust to a full-blown exchange-traded fund opened the product up to anyone with a brokerage account. The fund is designed to give investors exposure to Chainlink’s LINK token without requiring them to set up a crypto wallet, figure out gas fees, or remember a seed phrase.
