Google and Constellation Energy are reportedly close to a billion-dollar agreement for atomic power. If it happens, one of the most power-hungry companies on the planet would be buying from the biggest nuclear operator in the US. That would be a new pairing, since Google has mostly done its nuclear shopping elsewhere. What we know about the talks The two companies are described as being near a deal worth a billion dollars for nuclear electricity.
