Galatasaray have thrown their hat into what’s becoming an increasingly competitive ring, submitting an official bid to Crystal Palace for winger Ismaila Sarr. The move puts the Istanbul club in direct competition with cross-city rivals Fenerbahce, who reportedly already have personal terms agreed with the 28-year-old Senegalese international. Crystal Palace, for their part, appear to be in no rush to let go of a player who was instrumental in one of the most successful seasons in the club’s history. Sarr helped Palace win the 2026 UEFA Conference League, their first major European trophy, and his stock has only risen further following a standout performance with Senegal at the 2026 World Cup.
