Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings has amended its SEC registration statement after finalizing employment terms for three senior executives as it works toward a Nasdaq listing and a planned $1 billion public XRP treasury. Summary Evernorth filed Amendment No. 5 to its Form S-4 registration statement with the SEC. Three executives secured employment agreements, including equity awards worth up to $4.5 million. Evernorth plans to merge with Armada Acquisition Corp II and trade on Nasdaq under XRPN. Falling XRP prices reduced the company’s combined holdings to approximately $640 million.
