Duos Technologies Group (Nasdaq: DUOT) has locked in a $500 million AI hosting agreement with Axe Compute Inc. (Nasdaq: AGPU) covering 55 megawatts of data center capacity. The deal adds to a growing pile of contracts that both companies have been stacking in 2026, as enterprise demand for GPU compute and colocation services continues to outpace available supply. It also represents the single largest contract Duos has publicly disclosed since pivoting its entire business model toward modular edge data centers. From railyards to server racks Duos Technologies divested its rail subsidiary on June 30, 2026, completing a strategic overhaul that effectively turned the Jacksonville, Florida-based company into a pure-play AI infrastructure provider. The company now focuses on adaptive, scalable colocation facilities designed specifically for high-power AI and enterprise computing workloads.
