Crypto trader Frogman went to Singapore for TOKEN2049. He left more than $4 million lighter. On October 7, 2026, the trader, who posts on X as @frogmanhaha, confirmed that two of his wallets had been compromised. The theft totaled approximately $4 million in digital assets, and it happened while he was attending one of the industry’s biggest conferences. How the theft unfolded On-chain analysts noticed first. EmberCN, also known as Yu Jin, flagged suspicious transactions about five hours before Frogman publicly confirmed the breach. By then, the attacker was already busy. The stolen assets were moved, sold, and converted mostly into Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), and Solana (SOL). The funds then passed through privacy-focused tools, including Privacy Cash and Chainflip. These services make it harder to follow the money from one wallet to the next. What was taken The stolen portfolio spanned nine different tokens. Three of them made up the bulk of the losses.
