CoreWeave earns SemiAnalysis’ Platinum ClusterMAX rating for third consecutive time

CoreWeave has secured SemiAnalysis’ top-tier Platinum ClusterMAX rating for the third straight evaluation cycle, a feat no other cloud provider has managed since the benchmark launched in March 2025. The latest ClusterMAX 3.0 report, released on September 23, 2026, evaluated 323 providers and conducted over 200 end-user interviews to arrive at its rankings. What ClusterMAX actually measures SemiAnalysis introduced ClusterMAX as the first benchmark focused on real-world performance for enterprise GPU cloud services. The evaluation spans ten critical categories, including security, orchestration, storage, and networking performance. Of the 323 providers evaluated in this cycle, 77 received thorough in-depth assessments. CoreWeave’s standout metric: a 96% goodput rating. For context, “goodput” measures the actual useful data throughput in a system, stripping out protocol overhead and retransmissions. The industry average sits around 90%, which means CoreWeave is extracting meaningfully more productive compute from its infrastructure than most competitors.
