Claude rolls out Morning Brief feature to select users

Anthropic is rolling out a Morning Brief capability inside Claude, giving a subset of users a personalized daily digest built from their connected work tools. The feature lives inside Cowork, Claude’s scheduled-task mode. The Cowork feature supports scheduled routine tasks that pull information from platforms including email, calendars, Slack, Notion, and various dashboards. Users can configure what topics Claude monitors, and as of the August 25, 2026 release notes, those topics are now editable, with an added toggle for sensitive subjects. Briefings can be scheduled as early as 8 AM local time, and the whole process runs in the background on Anthropic’s cloud, meaning the aggregation happens whether or not your device is active. Access right now is not universal. The Cowork beta expanded to both mobile and web platforms starting July 13, 2026, but it launched first on the Max plan, Anthropic’s higher-tier subscription. Community chatter suggests demand is high, but availability remains limited to selected or paid users.
