BitGo appoints Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer

BitGo has named Alex Rozman as its new Chief Compliance Officer, effective September 21, 2026, placing a compliance veteran with more than 25 years of experience at the controls of one of crypto’s most systemically important custodians. The move comes less than a year after BitGo secured an OCC national bank charter in December 2025, a designation that brings federal-level oversight and the kind of regulatory obligations that require someone who’s navigated this terrain before. Who is Alex Rozman Most recently, Rozman served as Chief Compliance Officer at Exodus Movement, Inc., a role he held since May 2024. Before that, he held compliance positions at Polygon Technology, the blockchain scaling platform, and CLS Bank International, a major institution in the foreign exchange settlement space. He also sits on the Board of the Association of International Bank Audit and Compliance Professionals, a trade group focused on governance standards in financial services.
