Bitcoin ETFs see $924M net inflows, ETH ETFs attract $824M in banner week

The numbers keep coming in, and they keep being large. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $924.5 million in net inflows for the week ending August 28, 2026, while spot Ether ETFs attracted roughly $824 million during the same period. Add those together and you get a combined $1.75 billion flowing into crypto ETF products in a single week. That is not a one-off spike. It follows an even bigger prior week, when Bitcoin ETFs drew $1.92 billion and Ether ETFs collected $697 million. August 2026 is shaping up as one of the strongest months these products have ever recorded. BlackRock leads the charge, again BlackRock’s IBIT dominated the Bitcoin side, contributing $938.3 million of the weekly total on its own. On the Ether side, BlackRock’s ETHA similarly led inflows among competing products. The week did include one speed bump. Bitcoin ETFs posted a $201.9 million outflow on the final session, snapping a nine-consecutive-day positive inflow streak that had pushed the running total past $3 billion.
