Arsenal and Emirates Airline have extended their partnership through the end of the 2031/32 season, stretching a relationship that began in 2006 into its third decade. The deal is reportedly worth approximately £430 million at its base, making it one of the most valuable club sponsorship agreements in football history. The numbers behind the renewal The extension was announced on July 21, 2026, a full two years before the prior contract was set to expire in 2028. The new agreement is structured as a 2+4 year deal. Annual fees start at £65 million for the first two years, then climb to £75 million for the remaining four. Performance-related bonuses could add up to £15 million on top of that. The previous sponsorship deal struck in August 2023 was valued at around £45-50 million per season. So Arsenal effectively negotiated a 30-50% raise without changing dance partners. Emirates retains both shirt sponsorship and the naming rights to Emirates Stadium, the twin pillars of the partnership since its inception.
