Arista Networks reports first $3B quarter as AI infrastructure demand accelerates

Arista Networks just crossed a threshold that tells you everything about where the real money in AI is going. The company posted $3.036 billion in quarterly revenue for Q2 2026, its first quarter ever above $3 billion, representing a 37.7% jump year-over-year. That figure beat the company’s own guidance of $2.8 billion by a comfortable margin. EPS came in at $1.02, also topping analyst expectations. The AI networking trade is getting louder Arista credited growing demand for AI networking infrastructure across both hyperscale cloud providers and enterprise clients. Arista’s Etherlink customer base has expanded to over 100 customers, up from just 4-5 customers back in 2024. Management raised their AI fabrics revenue target to at least $3.5 billion for the full year of 2026. They also bumped the company’s overall 2026 revenue outlook to approximately $11.5 billion, implying a 27.7% growth rate for the year. Microsoft and Meta were identified as key customers. Arista also launched its 7060XE7 Series 1.6 Tbps platforms, designed to support larger-scale AI fabrics. International revenue grew to 23% of total revenue.
