Anthropic business AI adoption reportedly outpaces OpenAI, but questions remain

The enterprise AI race has a new front-runner, at least by one measure. Anthropic’s business adoption is growing faster than OpenAI’s, a development that would have seemed unlikely just eighteen months ago when OpenAI’s ChatGPT was essentially synonymous with the entire AI category. What Anthropic is doing differently Anthropic has been methodical about removing the friction that typically kills enterprise AI pilots before they reach production. The company recently added Structured Outputs to its Claude Developer Platform, a feature that lets businesses pull clean, predictable data from Claude’s responses without writing elaborate post-processing code to parse whatever the model decides to say. The feature is now generally available across several Claude 4.5 models, with improvements to schema support and reduced latency compared to earlier approaches. AWS Bedrock has also integrated Structured Outputs for Anthropic’s Claude 4.5 models.
